Earlier today I sent this message to my ezine list:

SpeakerSue says, “Don’t work when you’re not at work. It’s a long weekend. Take control and refuse to check email – even once – until (at least) Monday night. If the house is on fire, someone will let you know (and it probably won’t be by email). If someone is hurt, you’ll find out way too quickly. Relax. Rejuvenate. Enjoy your holiday weekend – email free.”
