Some emails drive me crazy! People tend to forget that you cannot read their body language, hear toneality or remember that many words can be taken to mean different things. Sometimes when I read an email, I think, "Huh? What did that mean?" We all need to be careful when writing an email. Re-read it prior to hitting that send button. Are you clearly sending the message you want the reader to take away? Or, are they sitting there scratching their head wondering, what was that all about? I hope others take your advice! Vicki Sue,

We all need to be careful when writing an email. Re-read it prior to hitting that send button. Are you clearly sending the message you want the reader to take away? Or, are they sitting there scratching their head wondering, what was that all about?
