I help sales people and other professionals get better results because I teach them how to communicate better. Being called "a great ... speaker filtered through a bit of the comedic genius of Rita Rudner" has been my greatest compliment. That, and being nicknamed, "SpeakerSue." Welcome!

So very true! As a meeting professional, I get a number of solicitation calls a week (thank goodness I don't get that many cookies, I'd have another problem!). The salespeople that do their research definitely set themselves apart from those who do not. It's a sign of respect--for me and for the salesperson him/herself.
