Do you speed up or slow down when the stop light turns yellow?

Me? You can guess!

Yes. You’re right. Why waste time waiting for a red light to turn green?

Except when circumstances are different and my two year old granddaughter is in the car. Then I anticipate the yellow, slow accordingly, we sing and patiently wait for our turn.

And the moral is….

According to Nielsen-McKinsey, “33% of consumers would recommend a brand that provides a quick but ineffective response.”

Same research says that only “17% of consumers would recommend a brand that provides a slow but effective solution.”

It doesn’t take a genius to see the sweet spot:
A quick yet thoughtful solution provides the best customer experience and the best chance of gaining business.

But as much as most clients want quick and perfect, QUICK seems to win the customer experience.

Send something. Quickly.

Otherwise, while you’re patiently singing “The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round,” your client is selecting the second best choice. Don’t let that happen to you or them.

BONUS
They want it all. Thoughtful. Complete. Personalized. Immediate. (And free would be even better!)

Give them the customer experience they demand by immediately letting them know when they will get a complete response. They’ll wait for you when you quickly take good care of them.

How about:
You’ve come to the right place for an extraordinary event and you can count on receiving a thorough, thoughtful personalized proposal by Monday noon/EST.

Please know X is definitely worth the wait!
