Your Email Response to “Please send me more information”

By October 7, 2022No Comments

Woo-hoo! Your email worked!

Now what?

“Send me more” doesn’t mean send me everything.

Imagine you’re at a bar (or coffee shop) and this person, who has somehow gotten your attention, asks you about yourself. As good as all your features may be, you aren’t going to tell them about every one.

It’s kinda like that with “send me more info”.  What is most likely to matter?

More, what do YOU want as a result of the info you’re sending? Is a sale realistic? A call? A demo?

Here’s what works now to get to your next step:
Concise but not too short (4 – 6 sentences; once they express interest, they want substance back).
One human to another.

Interesting – to them.
Two-steps –  Follow-up instead of going for a rushed action step. <If we don’t connect, I’ll follow-up next month> Best option, they respond to you.

Meet them where they are and “send me more info” can be the start of a beautiful relationship.
