Communication Mastery: How to rid yourself of negative thinking

Tweeting to my tweeps (say what?!), I never expected to receive such a rush of personal responses when I wrote: “What do you need to do to get rid of negativity in your life? Take steps to eliminate what makes you sad and change what you can. Do it now.”

It seems that too many of us let stuff bring us down and make us sad and remind us of inadequacies. It’s time to stop the madness. Are you at the mercy of your thoughts and people who think for you, or do your thoughts serve and empower you?

It’s time to let go. Let go of the people, things, situations, circumstances that diminish power, professionalism and profitability. I’m starting by eliminating an association in my life that limits me. Though I logically understand that they do so out of fear of change, it still makes me question my ability, my strength, my gifts. Receiving an email today confirming their lack of truth has empowered me to cut the ties, cut the need, cut the cord. I’ve been given a gift that will allow me to breath new energy into my life.
