your drone footage is attached
your state-of-the-art technology is available (for a price) and
your retail outlets, food outlets and electrical outlets can be found on your “property” too.

Oh, and then you close with ever helpful information like:
If there is anything else I can offer to win your business, please let me know BUT
I’m not holding space yet
I look forward to hearing from you.
